FAQs

How does billing work for Amazon reimbursements?

Our billing process is simple and transparent. We charge a 5% fee on the approved reimbursements you receive from Amazon. Here's a step-by-step breakdown:

1. Submit a Case: After identifying an issue eligible for reimbursement, you submit a case with Amazon Support.

2. Amazon Approval: Amazon reviews the case and, if approved, issues the reimbursement to your account.

3. Billing Eligibility: We consider all reimbursements with a case ID listed in the reimbursement report, dated after your sign-up, and logged in to our app as billable.

4. Fee Calculation: Our 5% fee is calculated based on the approved reimbursement amount. For example, if Amazon approves a reimbursement of $100, our fee would be $5.

5. Billing: ou are billed only after the reimbursement is approved by Amazon and credited to your account.

This process ensures you only pay for successful claims, with no upfront costs or hidden fees.

How do I verify my reimbursements?

1. Navigate to the Reimbursement Report in Seller Central:

- Go to Reports > Fulfillment > Payments > Show more > Reimbursements

- You can also access it directly via this link: Reimbursement Report

2. Download the reimbursement report for the last 60 days.

3. Compare your billing statement with the reimbursement report to ensure that all line items match between our report and Amazon's reimbursement report.

4. For further verification, take the Case ID from our report and paste it into the case log in Seller Central. This will allow you to confirm that the case was initiated by our user email.

How often is the data updated?

The dashboard data is refreshed every 24 hours at 09:00 UTC. This update frequency aligns with how often Amazon updates its reimbursement information.
